Neighbors in Buena Park take this holiday very seriously as buildings on Kenmore (between Irving Park and Montrose) each try to outdo each other with ghostly noises, scary costumes and the occasional haunting of the Buena Circle Play Lot! Volunteer safety monitors are on the streets along with Chicago's finest making sure all of your little ghouls and guys have a frighteningly good, yet safe, time! This annual event always takes place on Halloween night. Halloween is always a bootiful evening in Buena Park.
