BPN Block Party--Volunteers Needed

Buena Park Neighbors is looking for volunteers to help with the 2006 Buena Park Block Party. Please join us on Monday, May 15th at 7:15 p.m. at the Urban Tea Lounge, 838 W. Montrose Ave. to help plan for our annual event in September.

Buena Bunnies--A Huge Success!

BPN’s fifth annual Buena Bunnies project was a hopping success thanks to: Bunny Judge Nick Novich, Nicks Uptown Bar Manager extraordinaire Frank, a large group of neighbor bunnies, The Day School and Chase Bank. 71 gorgeous Easter baskets were given to St. Mary of the Lake church for distribution to Buena Park neighborhood families! Mary Timmons was this years Best Buena Bunnies Basket winner!

Come meet your neighbors and beat officers to discuss concerns about crime, safety and quality of life issues in our neighborhood.

Beat 2322 Thursday, May 4 from 7p.m.-8p.m. at the Uptown Branch Library, 929 W. Buena. Beat 2322 is bordered by Montrose on the north, Irving Park Rd. on the south, Clark to the West and Clarendon.

Beats 2323 & 2324 Wednesday, May 17 from 7p.m.-8p.m. at the Faith Tabernacle Church, lower level, 3750 N. Halsted. Beat 2323 covers Clarendon/Broadway east to the Lake, Montrose south to Addison. Beat 2324 covers Broadway west to Clark, Irving Park Rd. south to Addison.
